    Tornadoe Season in Alabama
When it comes to the most powerful tornadoes the state of Alabama is the king. With 5 F5 tornadoes on the Enhanced Fujita Scale it is known to be a deadly area. Alaska than has to take the crown for the weakest tornadoes as it has 0 F0 or greater tornadoes on the Enhanced Fujita Scale. Even on the Enhanced Scale two tornadoes in Alabama may have broken the scale as F6 tornadoes. These two were one of the April 27th tornado of 2011 and a tornado in 1998 on April 8th. These are considered the most powerful (not necersarily the deadliest) tornadoes in recorded history.

    Africa
Africa has many countries such as Uganda. Uganda is a fairly small country in central Africa. In Africa their are many diseases that spread really easy such as HIV/AIDS.Africa is a scenic continent. It has deserts and rain forests. It also is a very poor continent because of the conditions. It is hot and dry most of the year there so its hard to grow crops in Africa.

    Australia
Australia is the world's largest island, but the smallest continent. My display is going to have Keith Urban in it because he is from Australia. It has three levels of government. There's a lot of cultural, ethnic, and religious differences there. Canberra is the national capital. It has temperate weather most of the year, but the weather differs from where you are. It has 378 mammal species. Australia has three different time zones.

    hunting in alabama
Alabama has a rich hunting heritage with over 250,000 licensed hunters taking to the fields and forests each season. According to a recent report, hunting in Alabama provides more than 6 million man-days afield annually and a significant impact on our economy. To better serve Alabama hunters, the Wildlife and Freshwater Fisheries Division recently looked introspectively and developed Guiding Principles and Strategies to use as a measuring stick for future operations of our agency.

    The Pacific Ocean
The Pacific Ocean is the largest ocean. The Pacific Ocean covers 69,375,000 square miles, or 35% of the earth. The Pacific Ocean is almost half of all the oceans, as big as the other four oceans combined. As the earth spins around, there is a viewpoint from outer space where all you can see is the Pacific Ocean. The Pacific Ocean is between Asia on the west and North and South America on the east. The Pacific Ocean connects to the Indian Ocean to the west, to the Antarctic Ocean to the south, and to the Arctic Ocean to the north.

    Antarctica
Unbeknownst to most humans, Antarctica has one of the longest mountain ranges in the world. The Transantarctic range stretches for 2,200 miles and tops out at 14,700 feet. On 13 expeditions over 40 years, geologist Edmund Stump explored this range, taking 8,000 photos and tracing the routes of explorers from James Clark Ross to Ernest Shackleton. And while reports say that the largest glacier in Antarctica, Pine Island, is thinning at a rate of more than three feet per year, Stump’s book gives the most accurate facsimile of the terrain as seen from the great explorers’ eyes. Below, photographic excerpts from Stump’s new book, “The Roof at the Bottom of the World,” and the historical importance of each photo in his own words.

Apple still No. 1 smartphone maker

    Summary:
Overall, Apple is the leading phone maker in the US, coming in with 37.8% of the total market share, a +3.5% since October of 2012. Samsung comes in 2nd in the US, at 21.4%. Although Apple is the number one smartphone maker, Google's Android software is found on more devices than Apple's iOS. This is do to the fact that most of Apple's competitors, including #2- Samsung, uses Android software on all their devices.
